RATES for Fountain Suite, Port Townsend

Winter Rates: October 15 to May 14

• One night rate is $250.

• Two night stay between Sunday-Thursday is $300.

• Two night stay that includes Friday or Saturday is $350.

• Additional nights for same party are available for $100 per each additional night
(excluding holidays and special events).

• Week long rentals (7 nights) are $750.

• No minimum stay required for Sunday-Thursday. Two-night minimum stay for Friday and Saturday nights.

• All rates are for a maximum of 4 people unless approved prior to reservation. Additional fees may apply for more than four people.

• Full payment is required at time of reservation. Refunds will be issued only after the suite has been successfully rented for your previously held dates. No refunds for early departures.

• Washington State sales and hotel tax not included in advertised rates.

Summer Rates: May 15 to October 14

• A two night minimum stay is required. Nightly rate is $250.

• Additional nights for same party are available for $150 per night (after two day minimum), except for holidays and festival weekends.

• One week rentals are available for $1200.

• All rates are for a maximum of 4 people unless approved prior to reservation. Additional fees may apply for more than four people.

• Full payment is required at time of reservation. Refunds will be issued only after the suite has been successfully rented for your previously held dates. No refunds for early departures.

• Washington State sales and hotel tax not included in advertised rates.

• Call for “shoulder” season specials.

Reservation Tips:

• Check in 4pm; may be earlier if available—Check out at noon.

• Visa or MasterCard gladly accepted.

• Not suitable for pets.

• Absolutely no smoking.
